Abstract

THE ROCHESTER HOSPITAL SERVICE CORPORATION started to function on July 1, 1935. Some months prior to that, and while organization plans were being made, a number of us interested in anesthesia were asked to meet with a Committee of the Monroe County Medical Society to discuss a fee schedule for anesthetics.
